Palm Health Foundation has committed $1 million over five years in each of six Palm Beach County communities to enable systemic, fundamental change through capacity building where residents take action for policy and systems change.
When a team of community leaders and residents develops a shared vision and common goals to address a critical health issue, and everyone helps carry out the plan, we all become local stewards of shared resources.
